What To Expect When You Contact Me

The most efficient way to contact me is by text or email. I will get back to you as soon as I can, and often right away, unless with a client at the time. You may prefer to have a short, no cost, telephone conversation to determine if working together makes sense. You may prefer to work with me on a project basis or hourly. You will know the amount  prior to scheduling.

What To Expect When You Arrive

My intent is for you to feel welcome and relaxed. Please park in the parking lot just behind or on the west side of our building. You may enter our building through either the front or the back door. Our building has two restrooms along the hallway. The one nearest the reception area is for men our women and is handicap accessible. The one closer to the back door is for woman. In addition to the drinking fountain, we have bottled water for you.

My office is directly across from the chairs in the reception area.  There is internal signage to help you locate it. If my office door is closed, it may be that I am finishing with another client or have not yet arrived. Please knock on the door at your scheduled time.

After meeting you, and inviting you into my office, we will briefly discuss our business coaching relationship, confidentiality and answer any preliminary questions you might have.
